Winter's Smile, Her Smile

Beautiful isn't it?
How I can make a heart beat fast,
How I can put a smile on your face,
How my voice can inspire many,
How my eyes...can hypnotize one's thought,
The coldness tastes my heart and is loved,
But the heart stays filled with warmth,
Showing love and care to those around her,
          Yes indeed it is beautiful...

The Last Moonlit Path

Creature sat there in the darkness of his cage, watching a female outside of it talking to herself. A dark spirited girl with pure red eyes and pale skin named Aramoonstaz turned to Creature and stared deep into its soul, curious as to what he was. Creature looked back with no emotion. Aramoonstaz let out a small grin, “You are strong Creature.” Suddenly she heard the sound of the front doors creeping open. There at the door stood a small fragile girl as tan as the wooden panels holding up this old laboratory. “Ello” Ara managed to speak up. The girl’s eyes widen, terrified as she turned pale as snow. “H-hello…” she spoke in a soft voice. Creature looks at the girl and smiles with his blue eyes gleaming at her. Aramoonstaz giggles “What is your name?” The girl put her head down and said in a sad voice “Scarlette...”  “Don’t be frightened Scarlette, follow me, come meet Creature.” Scarlette walks slowly to Ara, frightened out of her wits. Creature starts to speak into Scarlette’s mind “I am no pet; I can understand and hear you very well.” Scarlette stares at Creature with disgust and curiosity. He looks back at the two girls and waves at them. Scarlette jumps and looks away scared. “You girls are very childish.” Creature points at the lock on the cage. “Can you let me out?” Aramoonstaz glares at the lock, piercing it open with her eyes. “What…what is this place?” Scarlette says as she looks around. Ara grims “It’s a home for the experimental subjects and the strange.” Scarlette looks at Ara with wide eyes “Ex…experiments?”  “Yes experiments, patients who are tested on with strange supernatural chemicals, usually the ones that end up wrong are kept here.” Creature stands up straight and kicks the cage door off its hinges. Scarlette ran behind a table hiding. Ara grins “Oh yes, Creature is very strong.” Scarlette trembles at Creature. “So Scarlette, what brings you here?” Scarlette slowly stands up “I…I don’t know… I heard strange noises” Ara looks at Scarlette confused “Pretty girls should never follow strange noises, might end up somewhere bad, you’re lucky Master isn’t here.” “M-m-master?” Aramoonstaz looks towards the gurney that sits in the middle of the room “Yes, the guy that handles all the experiments. If he was here, you’d be his new patient.” Scarlette pales and shakes in fear “So what happened to you?”
“Oh apologies for not introducing myself, I am Aramoonstaz the Blood luster. This is my human form which is just as dangerous as my blood form. I won’t harm you unless ordered by master or you make me feel threatened.” “Oh.” Ara looks back at Creature “Hmm why is Creature so quiet.” A cloud surrounds Creature as he just stands there emotionless. Scarlette begins to back away from the cage as the cloud gets thicker. Then Creature vanishes into a thin mist. “Ugh he vanished!” Scarlette looks at her confused “Does he do that?”  Ara nods her head annoyed. Sudden ripples of poundings come from the front door. Scarlette runs behind Ara. “Is that master!?”  A swish wind can be heard blowing with an unusual ferocity outside. Just a minute after the wind had started, a man dressed in a dark violet suit stumbles through the doors of the laboratory, holding a black suitcase in hand, shutting the door behind him as the wind suddenly dies. He spoke quietly to himself, holding the door closed. "Blasted weather, I will never understand the randomness of it." He then turned to the girl addressing him, dropping his suitcase. "Pardon? I have no understanding of which you are referring." He bowed slightly, crossing his hand over his chest. "I am merely a humble servant of a nearby manor, following orders and such." He looked up with a dark smile, his eyes a blood red color. Scarlette pales significantly at the sight of his eyes, feeling faint. The man takes a pair of glasses from his inner jacket pocket, placing them upon the bridge of his nose, the small amount of light causing each lens to flash, hiding his eyes. "I know not of any master of which you speak." Scarlette looks down, embarrassed. "I'm... I'm sorry... I didn't mean to be rude" She pushes her hair back with a shaky hand. Aramoonstaz looks at the mysterious man deciding whether to trust him or not. “Master is the man behind all the wrong experiments that is produced inside this lab, so what is your business here?” He let his smile drop to a very serious frown. He kneeled down and opened his suitcase, taking out several pieces to make a large barbed scythe, spinning it, causing a wind that seemed to cut the air. "Well, the owner of the manor to which I belong gave me a very specific order. His orders were to remove all impurities caused by this lab. And what better way to do that, but at the source?" Scarlette’s eyes widen with fear and her hand flies to her heart. "The...the source? But that would mean…" She begins to hyperventilate, panic setting into her mind. Aramoonstaz glares at the man “Seeing how I dislike Master I still can't allow you to do that.” He gave the girl a smile as he let the blade engrave itself into the floor, letting it remain standing. He bowed his head to her with his polite smile. "Well, you need not worry, due to it not being I that is being ordered to proceed with the damage. I am merely the courier of the tool of destruction." Scarlette and Ara stare at the barbed scythe. “Merely... merely the courier? Then... does it... work on its own?" Scarlette asked with curiosity. He turned and began to walk towards the door, stopping with a turn of his head. "Not quite. The scythe is actually the only way my owner is able to travel. Such a terrible curse upon him that he can not travel but in the form of a scythe." Just as he spoke the words, a dark circle appeared around the base of the reaper's tool. Scarlette shrieks in terror, her fear getting the best of her as she sinks to the floor in a dead faint. Aramoonstaz sits down and laughs to herself “I don't fully believe that this pathetic weapon can destroy us impurities.” She continues to laugh. The courier had disappeared as a cylinder of shadows form around the tool, in which now a darkly armored man with long black hair, with soulless violet eyes stood where the blade had once stood. Scarlette slowly stirs, waking. Ara forms into Bloodlust her hair turning a deep red, her eyes melting into a solid black and her back is framed with large bloody wings. “You know fear always begins with the greatest weakness. So tell me Sir ...what is your weakness?” Ara continues to glare. Scarlette looks up slowly and sees the Reaper. "No... It... It can't be... Oh... Oh GOD!" He returned glare at the girl, his lips curling into a smile from behind his mask. He took the scythe from his back and sharpened the blade upon his pauldrons. "Fear is something that belongs to humanity. Weaknesses are a possession of humans. I have no weaknesses. I only have others that are more powerful than I, but yet I have not met a single one." Scarlette falls to her knees again, the dirt smudging her pristine dress. "Please... have mercy..." Ara continues to stare at the armored man “I must admit you are wise. No matter how hard you try though...you will not scare me and you will not destroy this place. Leave now and I'll spare your life...” Scarlette watches the argument in fear.
The man smiled and spoke but one statement, heading towards the door. "But what life would you have to take?" He let out a dark laugh shortly as he opened the door, his violet eyes looking at the girl's at the door, his scythe upon his back now a black and golden trimmed violin with matching bow. Scarlette watches the man leave, her eyes wide as she see's the figure in the doorway "Run! Run away from this forsaken place!"  The man begins to walk back, shutting the door behind the girl, bowing his head as he placed the violin under his chin, walking as he played the melody of "A Moon Filled Sky". He closed his eyes and slowly moved around the room, caught in his music, which is the only thing that ended his need for his job to be done. Scarlette crawls to the door willingly trying to escape, but the door won’t budge. The reaper opened his eyes as he walked over to the girl at the door, playing the song more quietly as if to try and calm her, lowering his mask to show a relaxing smile, but yet he spoke no words to her. Scarlette looked at the reaper in fear, tears brimming in her eyes. "Please..." Ara looks at her with a small frown “Don't worry. Sometimes the prey is lucky to escape when master doesn't show himself for days...maybe you'll be lucky...” Aramoonstaz toned down to her human form, then slowly walked towards the cage and sat next to it, hiding her face in her knees. The reaper whispered quietly to the girl, kneeling to be at her eye level. "Fear not, girl. Death has not come for you, for your string has not yet been cut. Just gaze to the moon filled sky, and let your troubles drift away." Scarlette’s lips quiver as she stares at him, not comprehending. The man pulled his bow away from the strings to touch them to her lips. "Shhh, do not worry yourself. Your time will come when it comes, but that time is not now."

Aramoonstaz-A girl around age of 16 with big glossy red eyes, super pale skin, pink cheeks, and always wears an Ankh around her neck. She wore a little black dress and baby doll shoes with high white stockings. She had two black bows tied in her hair. She always smiled but had a dark curious side of her. She is half Bloodluster.

Creature- A bluish white man that is covered in scars and dark circled blue eyes. His age is unknown. All he wears is a black shredded pair of pants. He was Master’s last subject and he has the ability to speak into other’s minds and feel their emotions. He also has a strange affect of vanishing.

Bloodluster- A curse which obtains a demon like power. The person with this curse can turn into an angelic red demon with glossy black eyes, red hair, long red nails, and giant red feathered wings. They have the ability to take the blood out of someone in under 5 seconds which is used for strength. They can use their eyes to pierce objects. They tend to not get along with reapers.

Scarlette- A shy girl around the age of 15 who gets easily terrified. Back in her home town she was known to be the most beautiful girl in town. She has stained red lips, green eyes, dark brown hair, and wears a blue and purple pristine dress. She is Latino and has a bright sun kissed tan. She tends to be a bit over dramatic.

Reaper- Similar to the grim reaper, this reaper is also known as a Shinigami which is the god of death. He lives in the mansion up the road from the laboratory. He is owned by a more powerful god of death who can only travel through a barbed scythe. He has a gentle side which is very rare to see and loves to play the violin. His human form he dresses in a dark violet suit carrying a black briefcase. He has pale skin as well and short white hair. His reaper form is a darkly armored man with long black hair, with soulless violet eyes. He is immortal and can be any age he pleases. He usually relaxes around the age of 17 or 18.

His presence ...

He easily rages but the music calms him,
He lays still,
Asleep in his dreams,
Its good to see him again
The pulse of his heart beats fast
but gentle,
the hidden smile on his face

makes her smile...

Shy Heart

Her heart gentle and shy
Beating at the pace of no other
Her smile brightens up everyone
Hiding her face from the ones who stare
There he is
The one that catches her eye
She smiles at the sight
Shy and mysterious
but he looks past her
making her heart frown
Delicate, fragile, and porcelion
She locks up her heart
the keys
lost somewhere
Waiting for someone willing to search for it...

Forgotten Locket

Her eyes wonder the window,
Waiting,
Watching the dried land
She searches for her locket
The one with a long antiqued chain
Caressed with streaming designs
that lead into the inside
engraved with a mermaid
Old but present with the smell
of amber wood and sea salt
Her patience dies
Her lost love for the locket never forgotten
but never found.

Holocaust Haunts

Deep dark nights,
Smell of flesh,
Taste of death,
Hope is taken and never found,
Love is lost,
Beaten and burned,
Those fear the symbols,
Harming the unique...

The March of the Morning Silence

We all march silently
in the dark
as if we were all
a silent army searching for a soul,
we rest at the clouds across,
when the light arrives we march,
march until we reach the early horizon
that lifts the paint across the sky
...our pace begins to quicken
as we begin to jump over the sunlight
the whole vision smooths back into my eyes
as I look at the others gliding,
my smile begins to shine,
we all laugh at the imagination
flowing in the air,
carefully
we look down below to the darkness,
why so depressing?
we sprint down to the earthy ground,
sudden rush of light brightens the surroundings,
Black turns to color,
Dead turns to life,
We are the morning shadows.

I am from Imagination...

I am from wood
piled next to the fireplace
I am from the smell of
rain and pine that lingers in the air
I am from a different world
where "I'm a spy!"
I am from the taste of plums
growing in the orchard
I am from a dog hiding behind
the barn like a new student
I am from mud pools to burning trash
out in the ditch
I am from trouble when i hear
"3.2.1!" Time to run
I am from hot pizza fresh out of the oven
with the urge to take a slice
I am from a small cabin hidden in the backyard
filled with warm blankets and stuffed animals
where the moths dance with the flowers
as I begin to catch them
I am from the old hutch
standing tall in the foyer
I am from imagination
filled with magic and fun
somewhere lost in my wonderland

Hide N' Seek

The moon shined down through
the attic window
our reflections were as bright as the stars
we were laughing hyenas
hiding from the seeker
our hearts beating with the rythm of our footsteps
the walls whispered to us
showing our shadows
that looked as lost as a puppy
we were ghost without a soul
searching for a place to hide
the seeker caught a glimpes
of a shine
there layed a locket with pure gold
the seeker went head-over-heels for it
now was our chance
we ran for the door
it slammed so hard
the force could have shattered a mirror
or possibly cause an earthquake
"Shhhh!" we whispered
our escape was quik and easy
with the thril in our hearts
playing hide n' seek

Acc.English II narrative poem!

S is for Smile (which I do to much!)

Smiles as bright and as long as can be,
the sun looks down and cannot see,
my gentle laugh peaks through,
and sets a smile upon you,
you spread the joy by going around,
giving the cheer to the town,
everyone reaches for a chance,
to share my smile and a simple dance,
my smile travels to the sky,
up it goes up so high,
it tickles the stars in the night,
as it prepares for another flight,
my smile flies back down to earth,
onto a baby who was given birth,
as the night grew old, dark, and deep,
my smile returns home for a goodnight sleep,
and that is how my story is told,
with a little rhyme and a heart of gold!
